What one upload covers
- 1 upload is the full report for one document of up to 150 pages.
- Longer documents count as 1 upload for every 150 pages; you see how many uploads a document counts as before you start the report.
- Uploading a revised version of the same document counts as a new upload.
- If the report cannot be completed for a technical reason, your upload is returned to you.
Pricing questions
Is it a subscription or a one-time payment?
One-time. You buy a pack and the uploads are added to your account; nothing renews automatically.
What if my thesis is longer than 150 pages?
Every 150 pages count as 1 upload; a 200-page thesis, for example, uses 2 uploads. You see how many uploads your document counts as before you start the report.
Can I have my revised thesis read again?
Yes. Uploading the revised version counts as a new upload; that is what the 3- and 6-upload packs are for.
What happens if the report is not completed?
If it cannot be completed for a technical reason, you can try again without using another upload. If 2 attempts fail, the upload you used is refunded automatically.
Can I get my money back?
For a pack you have not used at all, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. For a partly used pack, the remaining uploads are refunded after deducting the price of the ones you used.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe’s payment page. Prices are in US dollars; your card details never reach us.
